Who We Are

We are a family-oriented team supported by dedicated community partners, coaches, and consultants, all working together with career services as the foundation of our agency. Our mission is to help individuals enjoy meaningful work—whether they are entering the workforce for the first time, seeking new employment opportunities, or aspiring to start a business. Our passion for this work began at home. We created this agency to support our own daughter, now an adult with a disability. Despite lifelong challenges, she has always had a powerful desire to work, grow, and strengthen her independence and self-advocacy skills. Through the support of career providers like us, she became educated and work-ready, and her journey continues to inspire us every day. Her determination expanded our vision and motivated us to empower many others—individuals both with and without disabilities—who need community-based, client-centered career training and supportive services. We serve with Passion, using our Power—our strengths, talents, and expertise—to uplift others, with the ever-present hope of making a Positive Impact on the lives of those we support.
