Pre-Employment Transition Services
We coach students with disabilities on how to prepare for life after high school through job exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy training, work-based learning, and counseling on education and career pathways.

Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) are free early career services designed to help students with disabilities age 14-21 prepare for life after high school—whether that’s college, training, or employment.
💼 What is Work-Based Learning (WBL)?
Work-Based Learning (WBL) is a hands-on approach to learning where students gain real-world job experience while still in school or training programs.
Instead of just learning in a classroom, students learn by doing in actual work environments.
