Our Mission is a special process of human service with a client based and community-oriented approach. We are here to serve. We are here to train. We are here to coach. We are here to develop an innovative workforce to include people with disabilities. We are here to share the 3P vision plan for students and 3P focus plan for adults which includes "Passion, Power & Positive IMPACT." We will strive to help more individuals see that they can be successful and happy when their career measures up  with their passion. We are here to serve, elevate and innovate workforce development in communities.
